Why I recommend this bra

We would all love to be able to wear our ride-or-die, super comfy everyday bra in every single occasion. Unfortunately, some outfits simply require more lifting, cleavage, and sometimes no straps. I know that wearing a strapless bra means entering a danger zone for many busty girls out there. To be quite honest, I don’t feel necessarily excited about it, either. However, there’s a way to get that strapless look, without having to worry about the security it provides.

Bustier bra is the best alternative for a strapless bra model. While the top part remains the same, the bottom offers far more support than the strapless bra. You get the best elements of a strapless bra in combination with the protection and comfort you need. Bustier bra is one of the most commonly bought bra models to go with wedding dresses. The fact that brides rely on it completely tells a lot about the amount of security it brings to the table.

Simply put, this Le Mystere Soiree bustier bra creates a perfect connection between your regular, trusty bra you absolutely love wearing, and a strapless bra which gives you the strapless cleavage you need with your special outfit.

All about the bra

Since the difference between a bustier bra and a strapless bra is pretty obvious, I guess that some of you may wonder how is it different from a corset. This is a common question I get when it comes to a bustier bra, since its construction definitely does resemble a corset.

To be quite honest, as glamorous and retro-chic as a corset is, it can’t possibly compete with the comfort a bustier bra provides. It can definitely find a place in your collection, especially if you have a thing for sophisticated lingerie. However, Le Mystere bustier bra is far more wearable and convenient.

Being low-back, it definitely brings bra versatility to a whole new level. It contains a demi underwire bra, which gives the girls a significant lift, and makes it very firm. The top part is seamless, due to the foam-lined design of the cups, meaning that there will be no issues regarding the fit of the clothes on top of this bustier bra.

The versatility doesn’t stop there, since you can also include the convertible, easy-to-work-with straps, which can help you achieve many different styles.

It is an altogether trusty bustier bra, which will not make you question the positioning of your cleavage, no matter what you do, and regardless of how revealing your outfit may be.

How does the bra fit?

The first thing you’ll notice about this bustier bra is that it mimics the design of a strapless bra. However, it has a “foundation” part, which reaches the waist line. The bottom part is wide enough to give you the needed support, but not interfere with the waist. This is also one of the main differences between a bustier bra and a corset. This also means that a bustier bra will feel much more comfortable and liberating.

The back part of this bustier bra is the most adequate design for low-back clothing pieces, such as wedding gowns. This is exactly why I recommend this bustier bra in particular to many of the busty brides-to-be who come to me for help. You definitely don’t want the back part of your bra showing, and you still want the security of a bustier bra. This specific low-back model is specifically designed for outfits which reveal the back, but call for an uplifted cleavage.

One of my brides, who wears 40F, bought this bra to go with her wedding gown, which had a sweetheart neckline, and a triangle-cut back. This bustier bra was the perfect fit for this combination, since it is equally as revealing in the front and in the back. This kind of cut allows you to rock different outfits, not having to worry about the bra showing.

The only thing you should be careful about when choosing the right fit for you is that you may want to go a size up with this particular model.  This is something that I’ve found to be successful with most of my clients. The bustier bra fits differently than a regular bra, having the extended bottom part. This is why you have got to make sure that the bra fits entirely and perfectly.

Also, some of the girls I’ve worked with weren’t particularly pleased with the fit because they have a small torso. However, I do find that this is a matter of personal preference, and that the security this bra offers reaches far beyond the esthetics, especially if you’re choosing it for your big day.

Is the bra comfortable?

Some of the girls who have tried this bra found that the corset-resembling part wasn’t something they would be comfortable with. If you don’t think you’d be able to handle this kind of fit, then maybe a regular strapless bra would be a smarter choice.

However, I can tell you that this bustier bra creates no pressure whatsoever in the waist area. If you select the adequate size, you’ll absolutely love the way it hugs your curves and accentuates the bust line. It is supportive, but light-feeling at the same time, allowing your skin to breathe.

Having the extended bottom part makes it far more comfortable than a regular strapless bra, since there’s a guarantee of fixed placement and uplifted shape. While regular strapless bras tend to move around, making you tug and pull the bra every two seconds, you won’t find yourself touching this bra at all throughout the day.

How does the bra look?

This is an elegant, classic short-line bustier bra, with soft lining, and smooth texture. It is particularly popular among brides, due to its wedding-gown-friendly design and low-cut back. The cups of the bra itself are firm enough to uphold a lifted, rounded cleavage. And when I say it is low-back, I definitely mean it, since it leaves the back almost completely bare.

Adding the straps, you can achieve 5 different looks with this bustier bra. It can be a strapless, a halter, a criss-cross, or a one strap. Finally, you can even position them to create a wide-back look.

It is available only in the color natural, which is a classic nude. However, since it disappears underneath the clothes, you don’t really need it in any other colors.

Where to wear this bra

It is an absolute must with wedding gowns, especially the backless models. It creates a popping, uplifted cleavage, while leaving the back part bare. However, its design isn’t the only thing making it a bride’s favorite. It is also highly supportive, and extremely comfortable.

You’ll love this bustier bra with any kind of outfit which calls for bare shoulders, an open back, and a prominent cleavage.

My bra review

This bra has worn me over the first time I’ve seen it with a wedding gown. It is my best recommendation for the future brides, since it fits perfectly with almost any wedding dress, and it still provides the comfort and the security you need for such an important event. Also, I wouldn’t shy away from it when it comes to other events and similar clothing choices.
