An upright pair of breasts is a part of many factors that constitute the eternal feminine beauty. Every woman wants to have perfectly shaped breasts throughout her life. Sadly, this is not possible in most cases. Breast sagging, it’s a natural process that happens with age wherein the breasts lose their suppleness and elasticity. Though saggy breasts usually start happening after a woman reaches 40, it can occur earlier.

Breasts don’t have muscles.  They are made of fat, connective tissues, and milk-producing glands and they need proper care to keep them in good shape. A wide variety of creams and lotions are available on the market to tighten and tone up sagging breasts.

How do I know if I need a breast tightening?

Some of the women who think they don’t need one clearly need one. Some of the patients who think they do need one, they really don’t need one. The two things that you really want to look for is whether your nipple is at the appropriate level of the breast and whether you have a lot of overhang of your breast. One of the simplest ways to do that is to take a pencil, put it underneath your breast. If it holds you may need to lift. If it doesn’t hold you’re probably more apt to be able to get away with an augmentation.

According to various studies, it is understood that when a woman reaches her late thirties, the skin can become loose and begin to show signs of aging.   1. Olive oil massage

Massaging the breasts with olive oil greatly helps in tightening the breasts, as olive oil is rich in fatty acids and antioxidants. Additionally, it will increase the skin tone too.

Method: take olive oil on palms and rub them together. Rubbing them will help in generating heat. Rub the palms on the bosoms in an upward direction and massage gently for 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure you don’t rub it for more than one minute because the excessive cold can affect the blood vessels. Then dry your breasts using a soft towel and wear a well-fitted bra immediately. You can do this two to three times in a day.

Ice massage is also considered very effective to regain firmness, sagging breasts and uplift them. The cold temperature will cause the tissue to contract in turn making the breasts appear firmer and more lifted. Take 2 ice cubes and massage them in circular motions around each of your breasts for 1 minute only. Dry the breasts with a soft towel and immediately put on a properly fitting bra. Stay in a reclining position for 30 minutes. Do this at regular intervals throughout the day. Do not expose your breasts to the ice for more than 1 minute at a time as it can cause numbness.

  1. Asparagus Racemosus to make breast tight

Take one tablespoon of asparagus racemosus and eat with warm water in the morning and evening. Follow this method for 3 months regularly and your breast becomes tighter, firm and sexy.

  1. Vitamin E, honey and egg white breast tightening the mask

The all natural breast tightening homemade mask is made with ingredients that are readily available and can be applied to your breasts without any side-effects. You may want to try this homemade breast firming mask first before considering any other costly surgical procedure or products.

The needed ingredients are vitamin E-1 tbsp, honey 1 tsp, egg white 1.

Instructions: add all the above ingredients in a bowl (1 tablespoon of vitamin E, 1 teaspoon of honey and one egg white). Make a paste by mixing all the ingredients. Gently massage your breasts for three to five minutes by applying this paste on your breasts.

Wear any bra that will not absorb the mask. The bra should be fitted to your breasts and not loose. After about 30 to 45 minutes you can remove the bra and wash your boobs with lukewarm water.   1. Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds help to lift your breasts and prevent from sagging. Fenugreek seeds are one among the ancient remedies that help to prevent sagging of breasts.

Method: take some fenugreek seeds and blend them together. Now apply this thick paste on your breasts and wait for some time. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 20 to 25 minutes. Repeat doing this twice in a day. This is a perfect home remedy to tighten sagging breasts.

  1. Egg yolk and cucumber mask

An extremely effective mask for the breasts tightening is the egg yolk and cucumber mask. Cucumber is enriched with skin toning properties and egg yolk is rich in proteins and vitamins. Method: grind cucumber and mix in egg yolk and a teaspoon butter to form a paste. Apply this paste on your breasts and leave for 30 to 35 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. Apply this mask once a week.

  1. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera has a wide range of beautifying properties and skin tightening is one of them. It also has antioxidants which prevent the damage done by free radicals and help in firming the breasts.

Method: apply Aloe Vera gel and massage on the breasts for seven to ten minutes in a circular motion. Leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse it off. Do this regularly four to five times in a week.

Also, you may use Aloe Vera gel. Apply aloe Vera gel under your breasts and massage gently in a circular motion for 10 minutes. Allow it to sit for another 10 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Repeat this remedy four to five times a week to get effective results.

You can also prepare a mixture of 1 tablespoon of aloe Vera gel and 1tsp honey. Apply this to your breast and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse it off first with warm water and then use cold water. Do this once a week.

Aloe Vera has natural skin tightening properties that can help get rid of sagging breasts. The antioxidants in aloe Vera prevent damage caused by free radicals and help firm sagging breasts.

  1. Apply Vaseline on your breasts for 30 days

For this treatment, you will need just two things Vaseline and toothpaste.

  • After the bath, massage you each breast with Vaseline for 5 minutes;
  • Now apply a little bit of toothpaste on the nipples;
  • Massage them again with Vaseline for 5 minutes. This time avoid nipple area;
  • Now wear a sports bra and you are done;
  • Do it daily;

If you want, you can do it after a shower or before going to bed. Whatever is convenient for you. Some other beauty uses of Vaseline are given below:

  5. Help your scent stick around. Softly rub Vaseline all over your perfume points. That is the cleavage, behind the ear, neck, and wrists and your scent will last longer.
  1. It is a misconception that Vaseline clogs pores so smear it all over your face, neck, and arms for softer skin.
  2. Lipstick smudges: spread a little Vaseline over your teeth and lipstick smudges be gone! This is an infamous tip used at beauty pageants.
  3. To remove last night’s makeup: apply some to a Q-tip and have a pretty day.
  4. Perfect for an eyeshadow/blush boost: apply some under your eyeshadow for a glossy effect. Apply on the apples of your cheeks for a dewy glow. Mix with lipstick for a cream blusher.
  5. It eases eyebrow plucking. Tame your eyebrows and lube up the under the skin, so you can pluck with ease.
  1. Wear supportive sports bras while you exercise.

The breasts bounce and stretch with each jump or step. Women with large breasts should look for underwire sports bras with thick straps. A sports bra should fit more snugly than lingerie. It should wrap around your rib cage

  1. Sleep on your back.

If you favor one side while you sleep you may find that the top breast sags and stretches more. By staying on your back you can keep both breasts firm longer.

  1. Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy method uses to make your body more beautiful, attractive and sexy. If you use this method, then the blood circulation increases at least 95% in your breast. You can do this method when you are taking a shower. If you want to make your body more attractive and tighten your loose breast than only follow this when you take a shower just remain your breasts under hot water that you can bear for 30 seconds.   • Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

The cobra pose is very beneficial for the chest area. It also helps to strengthen your abdominal muscles, increase the lung volume, stretch the thoracic muscles and improve your posture.

  • The warrior pose

The warrior pose can help you extend your thorax, making it elastic and active while promoting strength. This pose gives you a good twist and may benefit ptosis of breasts too.

  • Triangle pose

The triangle pose yoga focuses on releasing and strengthening your thorax and spine. Stretch your spine and improve your blood flow.

  • Camel Pose

The camel pose is very effective for backaches resolution. It also strengthens the thorax and increases the lung volume.

  • Wheel Pose

The wheel pose helps you stretch your neck, thorax, and spine and removes fatigue and cures headaches.

  • Bow Pose

The bow pose is a basic backbend stretches the entire chest. This exercise helps you to stretch the whole spine and shapes your breasts beautifully. It also helps with sagging of breasts.

  1. 11. Replace your bra when the supportive band stretches.

If the last classes on the bra no longer provide a tight, supportive fit, it is time to replace them. Breast size can change with hormones; weight fluctuations and pregnancy so get sized for a new run if your apparent draw is uncomfortable too loose. Maintain the life of your bras by clasping them before you wash them. If you can’t hand wash them, use the gentle cycle and place them in a mesh laundry bag to avoid stretching them.

  1. 12. Use anti-aging creams on your neck and upper breast area.

Choose formulas that improve collagen in the skin. They can make your cleavage look more youthful. Many types of cream are available in the market to tighten your breasts, also anti-aging cream as well. Choose any good brand, according to your requirements, but be careful – it must be a good brand. Use cream, before going to bed daily and get the desired result.

  1. 13.Onion mask

Onion is best to tighten the breast. The needed ingredients are three tablespoons of onion juice, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 pinch of turmeric. Mix all the ingredients and apply this mask on your chest. Wear an old Brog that lifts your chest. Wash your breasts after 15 to 20 minutes.   1. 14. Apply cold water to your chest.

Cold water or even ice can help your breasts avoid sagging. After you’ve finished showering rinse your dress with cold water (if using hot water). You can even rub some ice on them.

Those with saggy breasts must incorporate exercise into their daily routine. Exercises that target breast tissues and pectoral muscles around the chest can help a lot to add firmness. There are many types of exercise that you can learn and do to get your reside results, and they will make you loose breasts tight in less time, but the main point is that you have to perform these exercises according to the role. Some exercises that can effectively lift up and firm sagging breasts are chest presses and pull, arm raises, roundabout pushups, and dumbbell flyes. Do this step, according to the role and make your chest muscles more active. DO chest fly exercise like lay down on the floor and takes some weight (3 and 7 lbs) in your hands and bend your elbows slightly and raise your hand as they meet each other and then slowly back to your hands. Repeat this exercise much time while you add more weight to your hands. Along with these, there are other types of exercises that can perform to firm your breasts. Always wear a supportive or sports bra while exercising.

Also, swimming is an excellent hobby that also tights the breasts. Half an hour of swimming can lift up your breast just in a few days.

  1. 16.Make a home breast tightening mask

You will need the following ingredients:

  • Cucumber

Cucumber juice proves refreshing and helps tighten sagging skin. It naturally hydrates and tightens skin. The cooling properties along with antioxidant and silica present in cucumbers help rejuvenates the skin.

  • Egg

Egg whites help brighten up and tighten the skin, while egg yolks are rich in vitamin A, pure proteins and nutrients that will hydrate, firm and moisturize the skin.

  • Honey

Honey has natural hydrating antioxidant and anti-aging properties that are helpful for treating sagging skin.

  • Fuller’s earth

Fuller’s earth improves skin elasticity that helps tighten the skin. It improves the blood circulation. It has a great number of vitamins and minerals that promote cell respiration. It is best used as a mask to tighten and tone the skin.

Cut ½ of a medium cucumber in small pieces for blending. Cucumber is one of the greatest toners of the skin, as well as it refreshes and rejuvenates the skin.

Break egg in a separate bowl and add it to blend along with the cucumbers. 

Put the masks (the blended egg and cucumbers) together and add 4 tablespoons of Fuller’s Earth. If you do not have Fuller’s Earth you don’t have to worry. You can also use wheat flour. Add one teaspoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of honey.  Mix it well together. If you want, you may add more cucumber and egg mixture if you want it creamier.

You need to use the mask right away because it tends to dry really, really fast. If not, you may save the remainder of your egg and cucumber mixture in case you need to moisten it some more.

Before you apply the mask you want to make sure you have a firm bra and a nice tight trap in the back. You need to choose a bra with an underwire.  So, to protect your bra you want to line it with plastic wrap and just stick it underneath the underwire. It is also best to use a bra with some form of a padding and that way it will help to keep your breast up while the mask dries.

Apply the mask to the breast and you want to make sure that your entire breast is covered, as well as the underneath of the breast. Then you’re going to put your bra on. You should wear the mask until it is completely dry. Then you’re going to rinse off with warm water and use olive oil to massage your breasts to improve circulation. You can do this mask at least two to three times per week, but you need to massage your breast every single day with olive oil. This mask is not only good for sagging breasts, but for anyone who wants to have their breasts firm all the time.

  1. 17.Cucumber and egg yolk to make your breasts tighter

Cucumber tones the skin while egg folk is full of lots of healthy nutrients that can lift your breasts. Take one cucumber and one egg yolk. Make a paste after grinding and apply on your washed breasts for 15 to 29 minutes. Follow this tip every day and you will notice your breast is going to tighten in less time.

  1. 18.Ginger Tea

To make this tea take a fresh ginger root, wash it thoroughly and peel the skin. Then grate it using a grater. Now boil a teaspoon of grated ginger in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and add 1 TSP of honey to it. Drink a cup of ginger tea every day.

Ginger is good at regulating metabolism. The boost in the metabolic system leads to burning more calories eventually aiding in reducing the fat from the body.

  1. 19.Rub Shea Butter

For best results rub Shea butter on your breasts once or twice a week. Leave it on for 10 minutes before you wash it off. Shea butter is a great source of vitamin E. The latter helps tighten the skin around your breasts and it will also give your breasts the firmer appearance you want.

  1. 20.The Rosemary Poultice – Breast Firming Mask

The Rosemary Poultice breast forming mask softens the skin, increases skin care cosmetics intake rate. Prepare a rosemary concoction (consider growing some in your home garden, or even in a pot on your windowsill), let it cool down a bit. When it is still warm, dip a towel into the concoction, and apply to your breasts for half an hour.

Apply the mixture to your breasts and put on an old bra. Leave it on for about 20 to 25 minutes. Within that time, take the bra off and perform a gentle massage of your breasts with an upward motion. To finish the treatment, rinse what’s left of the screen alternately with warm and cold water. It will enhance the blood flow and will help increase the firmness of your breast skin.

It is a traditional recipe that will make your breast skin firmer. All it takes is a couple of natural ingredients to create your very own firming screen at any time.

Ingredients: a couple of apples, and about a quarter of a gallon of cold milk.

Chop the apples; pour the milk into a bowl. Boil the mixture until it reaches a uniform consistency. Leave the mixture to cool down afterward. When it does – you may apply this screen directly onto your breasts. Leave it on, for about 15 minutes. Then, rinse it alternately with warm and cold water. After such a treatment your skin will be tense, firm and smooth.

Ingredients: single chicken protein (from one egg). A few drops of fresh lemon juice or cider vinegar. Beat the egg white in a china bowl, add the lemon juice and stir. Apply to the pre-cleaned skin of your neck and cleavage, leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water.

Step 1: For this, we need carrot and ice cubes. Take a cloth, put grated carrot and some ice cubes in it. Place it on your breast. Hold it for two to four minutes. By doing this you can tighten your sagging breasts.

Step 2: For this we need honey. Do this immediately after the carrots ice treatment. Take some honey into your palm and massage on your breast in a circular motion for 10 minutes. This message will tighten your breast.

Step 3: Now take onion juice and massage in a circular motion. Onion juice will form the breast. It also makes your breasts look bigger. Do this massage for 3 to 5 minutes. This treatment is perfect for tightening the breast. Wash your breasts with cold water after the treatment.

Take the cucumber paste and egg yolk in a bowl and mix well. Put it in a bowl and then cover and place around the breast. Hold it for 10 minutes. Cucumber forms and tones the skin. Egg yolk contains minerals and nutrients. By combining these two they supply enough nutrients to the muscles. It lifts the breasts. Do it daily for better results.

  1. 30.Tighten Sagging Breasts in just 5 Days Using Toothpaste

For this home remedy, you will need 2 tablespoons of toothpaste (you can choose any, but I prefer Colgate because it has more shrinking properties), 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (Maida), One egg white,  two tablespoons of grated cucumber. The method to prepare this receipt is the following: First, peel off the half cucumber and grate it. Then mix all ingredients together in the clean bowl and mix well in order to prepare a thick consistency paste. Now apply a thick layer of this prepared paste on your breasts and massage gentle circular motion for 3 to 4 minutes continuously. Then leave it for 10 minutes to shrink the saggy skin. After this washing up with regular water and Pat dry with soft towel. Do this treatment two to three times in a week regularly; you will see the effective results in just a few weeks.
